Screenshots are very useful, but it can be somewhat annoying to get them quickly. Most often, folks will press Print Screen, open MS Paint, paste the image in, crop out the part of the image they need, add their annotations (arrows, underlines, text), save it somewhere.. blah, blah. Are you exhausted yet?
Make quick work of all of this, and download the best free screenshot tool you’ve ever seen – Greenshot.
Once installed, pressing Print Screen will now give you a crosshair-cursor with which you can select whatever part of your screen you wish to use. Once you select your desired pixels, it will pop up in an editing window and allow you to make your annotations with easy arrow, underline & text tools (among others).
Now you can either save it as an image, or just copy it to the clipboard (making pasting images in emails way simpler than usual). This may not sound like much, but once you use it, you’ll see what I mean.
Now go try Greenshot and fulfill your destiny to become a true screen-capping ninja.
